How Prestige Fetch works, with nothing left vague

Buying luxury online takes trust. This page sets out who we are, where the pieces we sell come from, who ships them, and what we are not. It is deliberately precise: you should be able to judge on facts, not on a promise.

1. Who runs this store

Prestige Fetch is a French company, registered in France, which operates this store itself.

This is an administrative address. It receives neither visitors nor returned goods: returns go through our logistics centres, with a label we provide.

2. Where the pieces come from

We manufacture nothing and we hold no stock of our own. We source from a European wholesaler, Gateway Holdings OÜ (Estonia), trading as BrandsGateway, which in turn sources from the official distributors of the houses whose pieces we offer.

Our work is that of a curator: we choose from that catalogue the pieces we consider worth offering, we write their descriptions in three languages, we set our prices, and we handle customer service from end to end.

3. Who ships your order

Your order leaves directly from our partner’s logistics centres in the European Union — mainly Italy and Sweden. It does not pass through our Paris office, which shortens the delay and reduces handling.

We ship within the European Union only, in 2 to 4 business days, by DHL, FedEx or UPS, at no delivery cost. The details are in our shipping policy.

4. Our independence

In full transparency:

• we operate independently of the fashion houses whose creations we offer;
• we hold no physical boutique and receive no customers in person;
• the brand names on this site serve only to identify the pieces offered, as resale law permits; they belong to their respective owners.

5. What authenticity rests on

Authenticity here does not rest on a statement, but on a short and traceable chain:

• every piece is new, never worn, and delivered with its original tags, packaging and, where applicable, authenticity card;
• it comes from an identified batch, whose traceability our supplier keeps back to the distributor;
• it is checked before dispatch, and again on receipt if you return it;
• you have 14 days to send it back free of charge, for any reason — see our refund policy.

If a piece you receive ever seems doubtful, write to us: we take it back and refund you in full, costs included.

6. How our prices are set

We buy at a wholesale rate and apply our own margin. The price you see is our price, the one we actually sell at.

Where we show a recommended retail price, it is the reference figure published by the house for the season concerned. It is comparison information, not a price we ourselves charged: we therefore do not present the gap as a discount granted by us. Our actual discounts, when there are any, apply to our price and are shown as such at checkout.
