Availability and Exclusivity:
Certain luxury pieces are offered in limited editions and exclusively through our online boutique. Returns or exchanges for these items are governed solely by our Return Policy.
Visual Representation:
We take particular care in the photographic representation of our collections. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's color calibration will perfectly reflect the exact shade of the product. In our pursuit of aesthetics, certain settings or models may be assisted by artificial intelligence, without altering the technical characteristics of the piece sold.
Right of Refusal:
To combat unauthorized resale, Prestige Fetch reserves the right to limit the quantities ordered per household or to refuse any transaction that presents a risk of fraud.
3. Pricing and Taxation
Currency and Transparency:
All our prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to revision without prior notice, although this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
VAT Status (France and EU):
In accordance with the micro-enterprise status of our operating entity, Value Added Tax (VAT) is non-applicable (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). No VAT is charged or deductible.
Customs and duties:
We deliver exclusively within the European Union. No customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees are charged on delivery: the price shown at checkout is final.
4. Accuracy of Order Information
To ensure the seamless dispatch of our services, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and shipping information. We disclaim any liability for delivery delays resulting from incorrect details provided during the checkout process.

6. Third-Party Services and External Links

This reservation in no way limits our full liability for the proper performance of your order, including where these providers are involved.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to ensure the excellence of our service, Prestige Fetch cannot be held responsible for temporary technical interruptions to the platform. These terms in no way limit or exclude the rights you hold under the law, in particular the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, nor our liability for the proper performance of your order.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French Law. The House of Prestige Fetch always favors dialogue and conciliation in the event of a disagreement. Failing an amicable resolution, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator CM2C (see our Terms of Sale) or bring it before the competent court. The choice of French law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
9. Amendments to the Terms
The House reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of our visitors to check this page periodically. Any modification takes effect upon publication; an order nevertheless remains governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
