The House of Prestige Fetch (“we”, “our”, or “the Website”) places the highest priority on protecting your privacy and personal data. This policy sets out transparently how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you visit prestigefetch.com or acquire our pieces.

2. Data We Collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary for a secure, personalised shopping experience.
Information you provide to us:
- — Identity and contact data: first and last name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone, email address.
- — Client account: sign-in email address (one-time code access, no password), communication preferences.
- — Client relations: correspondence and requests sent to our Concierge.
- — Payment: we store no complete payment details on our servers. Transactions are handled by our PCI-DSS certified providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna.
Information collected automatically:
- — Technical footprint: IP address, browser type, time zone, device identifiers.
- — Browsing journey: collections viewed, time spent, interactions with the Website, via functional and analytical cookies.

Prestige Fetch never sells your data. It is shared only with the providers necessary to fulfil your order:

Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers are established outside the European Union or transfer data there. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Cookies and Consent
Non-essential cookies — analytics, advertising, Google Customer Reviews — are set only after you accept them via the banner shown on your first visit. You may change or withdraw your choice at any time from the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
6. Automated Decisions
When you choose to pay in instalments, Klarna or PayPal may carry out an automated assessment of your creditworthiness in order to accept or decline the plan. You may contest that decision, obtain human intervention and express your point of view by contacting the provider directly.
7. Your Rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to give directions concerning your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to us at concierge@prestigefetch.com. We reply within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. Security
We deploy advanced security protocols (SSL/TLS encryption, HTTPS) to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
