We do not authenticate pieces after the fact: we buy in a way that keeps the question from arising.

Every item sold on Prestige Fetch comes from a closed network of European B2B wholesalers, supplied through the houses' own official distribution channels — the same channels that serve the continent's multi-brand boutiques.

What we never do

We buy neither on open marketplaces, nor from private sellers, nor through anonymous clearance. A short, traceable chain is worth more than an expert opinion sought after the purchase, which can only confirm what already happened.

If a doubt remains

Write to us. The piece is taken back and refunded, with no time limit and nothing for you to prove.

Everything we sell is new. No second-hand item enters our catalogue.

Each piece ships with its original tags still attached, in the condition in which it left the house that made it.

The packaging

Dust bag, box, tissue paper: the designer's packaging travels with the item whenever the house provides it. It sits inside our own shipping carton, which is there to protect it and is not meant to be kept.

Your orders leave from Italy, Germany, Spain or Sweden, close to the houses that make our pieces.

We work with partner warehouses in these countries. An Italian piece does not cross the Atlantic before reaching you: it travels from the region where it was made.

No formalities within the European Union

Your parcel never leaves the EU customs territory. For a delivery inside the Union there are no customs charges and no VAT to settle on arrival: the price shown is the price you pay.

Express delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend and whatever the destination.

Your parcel is handed to DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on the country, and delivered to your home or the address of your choice, against signature.

How long it takes

Allow 2 to 4 business days once payment clears, preparation included. The date shown on each product page is not an average: it accounts for public holidays in the dispatch country and in yours, and for the hour at which you order.

Several pieces, several parcels

An order combining items held in different warehouses may reach you in more than one shipment. Each travels with its own tracking, at no extra cost.

Preparation starts as soon as payment clears, and takes 1 to 2 business days.

An order placed before 2 pm on a business day is prepared the same day. After that, it joins the next business day's queue.

Your payment method matters

Card, PayPal and Klarna clear within seconds, and preparation begins straight away. An instant transfer confirms within minutes. A standard bank transfer, however, can delay dispatch by one or two days: we ship only once the funds have arrived.

You can follow your order without creating an account.

As soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse, an email sends you the tracking number and the carrier's official tracking link — DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on the shipment. That link goes straight to the carrier's own page: no Prestige Fetch account is needed.

If you do have an account

The same tracking appears in your account, which saves finding the email again.

A question about a shipment

Our team follows your parcels on its side. If a delivery falls behind, write to us rather than wait: we take it up with the carrier directly.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, with no reason to give.

Condition of the piece

The item must come back unworn, unwashed, free from perfume or other odours, in its original packaging — box, dust bag and authenticity card included. Tags and security seals must remain intact.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, swimwear and underwear whose protective seal has been removed cannot be taken back.

Return costs

We cover them. Ask our Concierge team for your return authorisation and we email you a prepaid label — you pay nothing, whatever your reason for returning.

Your refund

Every return is inspected on arrival at our logistics centre. Once approved, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Full returns policy

Card, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna. Every transaction is encrypted.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Where your bank requires it, payment goes through 3D Secure authentication: you confirm the operation from your banking app.

Paying in instalments

Klarna and PayPal let you pay in 3 or 4 interest-free instalments, with an immediate decision at checkout. The amount of each instalment appears under the price, before you even choose.
